Your times
- Team: 1 to 2 people
- Start: 6:45pm, when doors open
- Finish: 7:25pm, 10 minutes after rehearsal starts
On a youth night: 5:00pm to 5:40pm. Youth rehearsals run 5:30pm to 7:30pm, so every time moves 1 hour 45 minutes earlier.
As people arrive
- Walk people to the correct room: Choir or Orchestra.
- Guide musicians to their sections & seats.
- Personally introduce newcomers to their section leader.
- Keep movement orderly & flowing.
- Support welcome & check-in when they need a hand.

Anything unclear on the night, ask the Home Team Leader. They run the roster & can tell you where you’re needed.
