Your times
- Start: 6:15pm, 30 minutes before doors open
- Finish: 6:45pm, before doors open
On a youth night: 4:30pm to 5:00pm. Youth rehearsals run 5:30pm to 7:30pm, so every time moves 1 hour 45 minutes earlier.
Before doors open
- Set chairs, stands & layout to match the reference photos.
- Keep the spacing correct & the walkways clear.
- Follow the conductor’s or coordinator’s instructions.
- Have the rooms ready by the time doors open.

Anything unclear on the night, ask the Home Team Leader. They run the roster & can tell you where you’re needed.
