Your times
- Start: 9:15pm, when rehearsal ends
On a youth night: 7:30pm. Youth rehearsals run 5:30pm to 7:30pm, so every time moves 1 hour 45 minutes earlier.
During the night
- Newcomers are flagged at check-in & introduced to their section leaders by the ushers, so you’ll know who is new tonight.
After rehearsal
- Meet new people for a short welcome & information session.
- Point them to the pages new members need:
On a youth night: youth nights run under the two-adult rule: no young person is ever alone, out of sight, with a single adult.
Who to ask
Anything unclear on the night, ask the Home Team Leader. They run the roster & can tell you where you’re needed.
